You Like?

Do you like my new blog look? Annily Green conjured it for me. She's a designer, maker, and curator of beautiful/cool things.

I love it. Even though I will miss the old favicon Christian made for me out of a yellow square. Life goes on. Favicons evolve.

I had my first blog template for, like, 6 years. Change is hard. Then I had my wood grain header, compliments of The Blog Fairy, for a couple of years. I told each of my designers the same thing: "I like wood grain. And green."

It's fun to see their interpretations.

This is Annie's print, Blue Skies. When I look at it, I see blue wood grain. 

And now you know I'm committed to keepin' it fresh here at Every Day I Write the Book for at least 2 more years and possibly 6.

Also, Happy Birthday Robbie Magleby. This blog has been wishing you a happy birthday for 8 years.  And to those of you who have been here since the start, The Amazing Spider-Fan is a middle-aged man now with a baby and a wife. LIfe goes on.
