Look what my kids made me for Mother's Day:
I love it.
Maggie also made me a bookmark with my favorite scripture on it. She asked Christian what it was. He said, "OK, but it's a little graphic. Can you handle it?" She said she could. So he told her my favorite scripture, which is Isaiah 49:15-16.
"Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. Behold I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands. Thy walls are continually before me."
Which kind of puts the whole "Mom Enough" Time cover photo into perspective. It's just totally irrelevant to me.
Happy Mother's Day.
