A Riddle Wrapped in an Enigma
I have a box on my porch where a milkman from the Winder Dairy leaves milk and other goodies every Monday. Inside that box is an envelope. On that envelope is a question: "Will you open this?" Inside that envelope is an enigmatic message--a request? It reads, simply, "Dogmilk." Because that's the kind of thing Ben thinks is funny.

He gets that from you.
ReplyDeleteWell, uhm, he's right.
ReplyDeleteSo was that a request for the milkman? That is pretty funny.
ReplyDeleteDoes Winder Dairy supply dogmilk? I wonder what it tastes like.
ReplyDeleteOne of the many reasons I love Ben. Many.
ReplyDeletenext thing you know he'll be wanting dogcheese.mmmmmmm.
ReplyDeletehee hee
ReplyDeleteI love that.
makes ya wonder what other kids leave the Winder guy...
ReplyDeleteDid Ben write that all by himself? Dogmilk aside, you've got yourself a little prodigy! Or, maybe the concept of dogmilk should be included in the consideration of Ben as prodigy. Yeah, only a true prodigy could invent the concept of dogmilk at the Winder Dairy.
ReplyDelete"You can milk anything with nipples."
ReplyDeleteWhat you need to do is when the milkman drops off the milk next time, put a label that says "Dogmilk" and tell Ben that it is especially for him and he has to drink it. Add some dog hair around the cap for extra credit.
